This is a pork brine that mixes in seconds and will not fail you. MSG Free. Gluten Free. Mixing Instructions: Mix 175ml of Kosmo’s Q Pork Soak to 1.8 litres of liquid (water, stock, or whatever liquid you prefer). Shake well. Soak pork chops & ribs for 2-4 hours, tenderloin for 4-8 hours, whole loin for 12-24 hours – adjust all times depending on the thickness of the cut. Adjust to personal taste as needed. Rinse thoroughly under running water after soaking.
